Screw type external line up clamp mainly used for aligning pipe ends from outside prior welding.Pipe material can be carbon steel, stainless steel. Technical specification: 1.It can use for pipe size from 1in up to what ever size you appoint. 2.After high-strength heat treatment, the hardness of cross bar in the external pipeline clamp can reach HRC50, making the clamp have a long service life. 3. All stressed parts are made of 40Cr alloy steel, include the cross bar. 4. Suitable for Tack & Non Tack welding process. 5.
