Acidic gas reactor

The acidic gas reactor is an important equipment of sulfur recovery unit, and can be said to be the heart of sulfur recovery unit, and 60%~70% H2S are converted into the sulfur in the combustion furnace; impurities in gas come into decomposition or combustion in combustion furnace; combustion air can control the proportion of H2S/SO2 in the process, thus influencing the sulfur conversion rate. The design of combustion furnace has a direct impact on the safety of the device and sulfur recovery.
