Air atomizing nozzle and gun

The air spray gun is a device in which air flow and liquid flow affect each other to produce the mist, the special design of internal structure of the device can achieve even liquid and gas mixture, producing the mist of micro drop size or coarse drop spray. Liquid spray with more fine size (30 μm or so) is usually obtained by increasing air pressure or reducing liquid pressure, resulting in high air flow rate and liquid flow rate.
