The achievements provided basic data for the fatigue design of expansion joints for the high temperature petrochemical fields. The effective measures of ameliorating fatigue life of high temperature welding joints had been achieved by the studies of 304H welding process and high temperature creep performance. Design specification of stress components was established by the searching of stress simulation analysis and testing under different complicated working conditions,that was hard to simulate accurately by the classical mechanics model. The achievements have been widely applied in petrochemical industry and urban heating system in several countries.
